The aim is to turn the historic building into a standard bioclimatic office and commercial building.

The office tower, with an estimated height in excess of 100m, is intended to constitute a landmark building in the said area as well as within the broader Ellinikon project.

HRADF announced that the electronic auction for the Nea Irakleitsa property has been concluded.

Companies that have recorded a drop turnover of more than 70% and recorded losses before taxes, will have to repay 25% of the government loan.

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and from national resources.
