With the signing of this contract, the tendering process for the entire set of projects, totaling over €130 million, is now complete.
The initial bid for the competition has been established at €15,000, with the lease term set at a duration of twenty (20) years.
The contract, which concerns the Western Attica region, is valued at €24.87 million.

The plan proposes the reclassification of land uses along major thoroughfares from “pure residential” to “general residential”.
Construction works are scheduled to begin in 2026 and are expected to be completed by mid-2027.
