Hines, the international real estate firm, has acquired the New Stage Yokohama building in the Yokohama submarket in the Greater Tokyo area.

Trade Estates currently has properties worth € 190 million and a purchase and development program of around € 250 million.

The ministry will also finance the next phase of the project, that has an estimated budget of € 600,000.

The line comprises 15 new stations, that will span throughout the most populated suburbs of Athens.
