The €100 million funding for the project originates from a donation by the Hellenic Bank Association and covers interventions in 426 school units across 245 municipalities and all 13 regions of the country.

The Presidential Decrees that will clarify the status of building permits affected by the annulment of the development incentives are now heading to the Council of State (StE) for review.

The first residential units will be delivered to owners in early 2027.
