The company has proceeded with the disposal of a real estate portfolio valued at €676 million through the sale of 100% of the shares of its subsidiary Milora Single-Member S.A. to VYP Group Ltd, a member of the Yoda Plc group.
As part of the same transaction, Prodea acquired the remaining 30% stake in MHV Bluekey One Single-Member S.A., the owner of the Porto Paros Resort in Paros. Prodea, through Mediterranean Hospitality Venture, already held a 70% interest in the company. As a result, the Group now holds full ownership of the landmark resort and is planning its further development.
Concurrently, the company divested its 30% participation in Piraeus Tower S.A., the owner of the prominent office building in Piraeus, also to VYP. The property’s underlying value stands at €107 million on a 100% basis.
In addition, Prodea disposed of its 80.48% stake in the Italian investment fund Intracento, owner of an office building in Rome with a market value of €46 million.
These transactions mark the next phase of the company’s strategic transformation, enabling Prodea to strengthen its position in the hospitality sector and accelerate its expansion in logistics, thereby aligning its investment activity with high-growth markets.
