Redevelopment of 30 buildings blocks in the city center and completion of the Cycle Track in Kathiana, budget €15 million.

The first redevelopment took place in Pyrla Square and the other one on Stratigos Daglis pedestrian street

The proceeds of the bond issue will fund sustainability elements of The Ellinikon, including green buildings and infrastructure, green energy and smart-city technologies.

This partnership emerged in the context of a tender process carried out by LAMDA for the development of a school at The Ellinikon.

It was issued in the Official Gazette a Presidential Decree, which ratifies the determination of the boundaries of the Pikrodafni stream from the slopes of Mount Ymittos to its estuary to the sea.

Called La Pista 500, it will offer another activity you don’t normally associate with a park or gallery.
