The project entails the construction of both indoor and outdoor Olympic-sized swimming pools, children’s pools, changing facilities, a medical clinic, VIP suites, administrative offices, recreational spaces, commercial outlets, cultural amenities, and full accessibility for persons with disabilities (PWD).
The Region of Attica is funding and overseeing the implementation, with a budget of approximately €23.5 million.
The Region holds responsibility for the tendering process, construction, and ongoing supervision of the project. Upon completion, the Olympiacos Sports Club (OSFP) will take over the maintenance and operational management of the facility. The contract spans 53 months, with an option for extension, and mandates continuous coordination and communication among all stakeholders.
This initiative aims to strengthen regional sports development, improve the quality of athletic facilities and services, and promote social cohesion through sport.
