Trade Estates, the subsidiary REIC of Fourlis Group, is preparing its listing to the Athens Stock Exchange that is currently in matured stage aiming at a public offering within the first half of 2023 -pending on market conditions.

With a properties portfolio with c.€286 million total value and a pipeline that surpasses €200 million, Trade Estates continues to deploy its investment plan.

The real estate portfolio of TRADE ESTATES REIC comprises all the existing privately owned properties of the Group, which are used for the operation of RHF (IKEA), the logistic centers in Schimatari and Oinofyta, as well as the new retail investment properties in Greece (Florida1 Retail Park and Piraeus Retail Park).

Fourlis Group chain store is under expansion

The parent company is planning three new medium-sized IKEA stores in Greece with the aim of operating in the next 2-3 years, which will be added to the six already existing (4 in Greece and 2 in Bulgaria)

The company in total, in addition to the above, has 5 large IKEA stores (3 in Greece, 1 in Cyprus, and 1 in Bulgaria) and 9 pick-up points for IKEA products (6 of them in Greece, 2 in Bulgaria and 1 in Cyprus).

The Intersport store network consists of 55 stores in Greece, 32 in Romania, 12 in Turkey, 10 in Bulgaria and 7 in Cyprus.

Accordingly, 14 The Athlete's Foot stores operate in Greece and 3 in Turkey. The implementation of the upgrade program of the existing network of stores continues.

The group presented sales of € 352.5 million in the nine months of the current fiscal year compared to € 316.5 million, in the corresponding period last year, increased by 11.4%.
