The island—already established in recent years as one of the most coveted tourist destinations—is now set to welcome another major, high-quality investment.
The company has received preliminary approvals for the development of two new luxury hotel properties in the Plathiena area, located northwest of Plaka, the capital of Milos. The site, spanning more than 31,000 square meters, overlooks one of the island’s most stunning beaches.
Both projects have been designed with great sensitivity to the natural landscape, featuring low-rise architecture and the use of local stone masonry as structural walls, ensuring seamless integration with the distinct environment of Milos. The plans also include elegantly designed outdoor areas, complete with swimming pools.
The first development concerns a boutique hotel with 24 beds on a 9,900-square-metre plot, with total building area of 1,768 square metres.
The second, larger project involves a 5-star luxury resort with a capacity of 96 beds, situated on a 21,455-square-metre plot.
