The Overall Industrial Production Index in February 2022 recorded an increase of 4.8% compared with February 2021.

Overall IPI in February 2021 increased by 4.3% compared with the corresponding index in February 2020.
The average Overall Industrial Production Index for the period from January to February 2022 recorded an increase of 2.2% compared with the average IPI of the period from January to February 2021.
The seasonally adjusted Overall Industrial Production Index in February 2022 recorded an increase of 2.0% compared with the corresponding index of January 2022.
The index of tobacco products division recorded the greatest percentage increase, whereas the index of other mining and
quarrying division showed the greatest percentage decrease in February 2022 compared with January 2022. Comparing the
indices of February 2022 with the corresponding indices of February 2021, the greatest percentage increase was recorded in
leather and related products division, while the highest percentage decrease was recorded in mining of metal ores division.
