Orilina Properties REIC acquired c.2,000sqm of building area spanning across 3 floors, part of a long-history (“Kalamaris Mansion” / “Parthenon Hotel”), listed building in Piraeus.

The neoclassical, corner asset of great visibility, is well-positioned at the crossroads of Makras Stoas, Ethn. Antistaseos, and Tsamadou, with long facades of distinct architecture across all these streets.

Facing the Holy Trinity Cathedral, on the Square, it lies in direct proximity to numerous Points of Interests, just 150m away from the Akti Miaouli & Vas. Georgiou Ave. intersection and 100m from Piraeus Tower.

The building features three separate entrances and the tram station is located exactly in front of it. The floors enjoy exceptional views to Piraeus Port and ample internal natural lighting through a roof top atrium. They will be fully redeveloped to Class A premises.
