Noval Property announces the acquisition of two plots of land in Marousi.

The first plot of total surface of 1,543.13 sq.m., is at 43, Amarousiou-Chalandriou street and has a two-story building (basement, ground floor & 1st floor) of total built area of 945.3 sq.m.. 

The second asset is a land plot of total surface of 1,093.27 sq.m., at the intersection of Fragkokklisias and Amarousiou-Chalandriou streets. The two adjacent plots will merge into one property of total surface of 2,636.40 sq.m..

Noval Property, having sustainability at the core of its strategy, is planning to develop a modern, green, and smart office building integrating the principles of bioclimatic design and aiming to obtain LEED environmental certification.

The transaction amounted to €2.426 million and has been financed through funds from Noval Property’s Green Bond.
