NOVAL has announced profits for the year 2023 that amounts to €64.6 million. Their investment property portfolio has also increased to €582.6 million, showing an increase of €84.8 million compared to the same period last year. Additionally, NOVAL is currently working on a major development program which spans across 94,000 square meters.

Most of the construction projects by the company are focused on office buildings in Maroussi. The company is constructing around 90,000 square meters of modern bioclimatic office space, including the 62,000 square meters of THE GRID (in which it has a 50% stake).

The company has recently completed and handed over to the lessee a storage and distribution building with a total area of 9,814 square meters on P.E.O.A.T. in Mandra. The building is expected to receive environmental certification, which is estimated to be GOLD level by LEED.

In Marousi, the company is continuing construction work on a new modern bioclimatic office building on Heimarra 16 & Amarousiou-Chalandriou. The building has four basements and a total construction area of approximately 21,000 square meters. It aims to achieve LEED Gold certification upon completion.

At the same time, the company is also continuing the preparatory work for Phase 1 on an existing six-story office building on 199 Kifisias St. in Marousi. The total construction area is approximately 7,000 square meters, and it is also seeking LEED Gold certification.

Construction projects for the complex of offices and shops, THE GRID, on Heimarra 10-12 & Amarousiou-Chalandriou, at Thesi "Soros" in Marousi, are also in full swing. The building will adopt the principles of sustainability and bioclimatic design and is seeking LEED Platinum certification. Excavation and support works have already been completed, and the construction contract was signed with the Contractor company TERNA on 28.12.2023. The specific project was included in the pillar of the green transition of the Recovery and Resilience Fund in August 2023. On 08.09.2023, THE GRID signed a new bond loan with Piraeus Bank, with the participation of the Recovery and Resilience Fund, for a total amount of up to €127 million.

Finally, reconstruction works continue in the unfinished building at 40-42 Ardittos in Mets. The four-story property with two basements and a total building area of approximately 4,000 square meters, with the use of offices and residences, will seek LEED Gold certification.

It is worth noting that the company has received permission from the EC to extend the listing of its shares on the A.H.A. until 15.10.2023.
