Bids must be submitted by May 17, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. (Greece time) and the payment of the Public Financial Contribution, is of a maximum budget amount of 18,750,000 euros.
According to the announcement, which has been posted on the website of GEK, the tender concerns the selection of a private partner for the execution of the project "Creation of an Innovation Center in Athens with PPPs", in accordance with the law. 4413/2016 (A' 148) and Law 3389/2005 (A' 232), and invites the interested economic operators to submit an offer.
It is been reminded that the inclusion of the partnership in the provisions of Law 3389/2005 has been approved by a decision of the Interministerial Committee on Public and Private Sector Partnerships which is included in the Minutes of the Meeting with no. 51/03.04.2020 (AD: Ψ0Σ946MTΛΠ-DYHI), as initially amended pursuant to no. 68/18.04.2022 of the minutes of the meeting (AD: Ψ6ΤΔ46MTΛΠ-5T3), subsequently by virtue of no. 84/20.12.2022 of the minutes of the meeting (AD: PSRXT46MTLR-2N9) and subsequently by virtue of no. 93/07.04.2023 of the minutes of the meeting (ADA: Ψ0KI46MTLR-SIX) in accordance with the provisions of article 3 of Law 3389/2005.
