Specifically, according to the Ministry of Development and Investments, this new investment refers to the development of a five-star luxury hotel by the company under establishment named "ABELIONA'S ART HOTEL AE" with the distinctive name "ABELIONA'S NATURE ART HOTEL".
According to the available information, the accommodation will have a capacity of 27 rooms and 68 beds, while the total cost of the investment is estimated at €4,695,516.53, with the total subsidized cost being €4,593,776.93.
It is been noted that the investment plan will be supported through a public grant of €2,546,577.31 and the new dependent jobs that will be created by the development of this hotel investment are estimated at 8.76 Annual Work Units.
