The expansion, now underway and set for completion in 2026, will enlarge the current 7,000 sqm plant located within CTPark Oradea City.
The project aims to increase IWIS’s manufacturing capacity to meet rising local and international demand, leveraging the park's strategic location near the Hungarian border, major highways, and Oradea International Airport.
CTP operates three industrial parks in the Oradea area and remains the country’s largest owner and developer of logistics and industrial spaces, with over 3 million sqm of Class A facilities across key Romanian cities.
