Ms. Natalia Strati officially assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Grivalia Hospitality on January 1, 2025, with a term extending through 2030. Prior to this appointment, she served as Deputy CEO from July 2021.
She joined Grivalia in June 2008 as Head of Investments and Asset Management and later held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Grivalia Properties REIC from 2014 to 2021.
As stated in the company’s official announcement:
"Ms. Strati’s departure marks the conclusion of a long and impactful chapter of contribution, during which she played a pivotal role in strengthening the company’s presence in the luxury hospitality sector, while also significantly contributing to the development and growth of its human capital."
Her influence on the company’s evolution extended well beyond her recent executive role. Throughout her tenure—both at Grivalia Properties REIC and later at Grivalia Management Company—she consistently demonstrated strategic leadership and commitment to the organization’s advancement.
