It should be noted that Zeus International is the group that already hold the lease of both of these hotels.
The Dolce Milan Malpensa hotel complex is located 7 km from Malpensa International Airport and 50 km from the city of Milan. It has 207 rooms, conference facilities fully equipped, which can accommodate a total of up to 700 people, a restaurant and a coffee bar. It was acquired by Prodea in the summer of 2021. At the same time, Zeus International acquired Malpensa Gestioni - the lessee company of the hotel in question.
The 5-star hotel Lazart is located just 10 minutes from the heart of the city and directly across from the cultural site "Lazarist Monastery". The hotel has 74 rooms and has been leased to Zeus International since June 2017.
The hotel was acquired by Prodea in May 2018 for €7 million.
With the completion of the agreement, Zeus International increases the number of privately owned hotels to 9 from the total of 20 hotels in its portfolio today.
