KPMG in Greece and PRODEA Investments have entered into an agreement to house KPMG's new offices in the bioclimatic building The Wave, owned by PRODEA, located at 44 Syngrou Avenue, in Athens.

Sustainability and Design in a high end working environment

It is a 5,500 sq.m. office building, which is being completely renovated according to the latest trends in sustainability and technology. The property is expected to be delivered by the end of 2022 and certified for its bioclimatic features according to LEED Gold, providing optimal working conditions and energy savings.

The new facade of the building, that is designed by the architectural team of Tsolakis Architects, is inspired by the perpetual mobility of Syngrou Avenue which translated into a wave movement and simultaneous shading and gave the building its name, "The Wave."

The new business landmark in town with an extraordinary Acropolis view

The building is located in the wider area of the Athenian business center, close to the Acropolis Museum and Dionysiou Aeropagitou pedestrian street and two metro stations, trams and other means of public transport.

On the planted roof, with its excellent view of the Acropolis, the sea and the urban fabric, a unique space will be created for use by the staff, but also for company events.
