According to the company, Innovo Developments UK will develop 89 apartments in one of London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, on St John’s Wood Road.
A quarter of the units will be family-sized, three-bedroom apartments offering stunning views of the cricket ground and the London skyline. Residents will enjoy access to premium amenities, including a spa, sauna, and swimming pool, a large gym, library, children’s play area, and full concierge services.
Major London landmarks such as Regent’s Park and St John’s Wood High Street are just a five-minute walk away.
With a design-led approach at the heart of the project, Innovo Developments UK has assembled a top-tier team of London-based architects, landscape designers, and interior specialists to deliver the St John’s Wood Road development. This includes Apt—the architectural studio behind Merchant Square and the Mayfair Members Club—award-winning garden designers Andy Sturgeon Design, led by the nine-time RHS Gold Medal winner, as well as two acclaimed interior design studios: Goddard Littlefair and Bowler James Brindley.
Set for completion in 2029, the St John’s Wood Road development aims to address the acute housing shortage in a high-demand area of the city.
