The Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations (HCAP) announced changes to the Board of Directors of its subsidiary, HPPC S.A. (Hellenic Public Properties Company), as part of its strategic governance framework and commitment to professional excellence in public asset management.
Mr. Dimitris Politis has been appointed Chairman of the Board (Non-Executive Member) at HPPC. Mr. Politis brings extensive experience in the banking and financial sector, coupled with a strong track record in the development and strategic utilization of public real estate assets.
HCAP also appointed Mr. Ioannis Kostopoulos as a new Non-Executive Member of the Board. Mr. Kostopoulos is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career in senior leadership roles, including CEO positions and board memberships across leading Greek and international corporate groups.
In addition, HCAP renewed the mandate of Ms. Anna Saïpi, who continues to serve as Non-Executive Member and Chair of the Audit Committee, recognizing her ongoing contribution to the company’s governance.
HCAP expressed its sincere appreciation to the outgoing members of the Board for their valuable service and welcomed the incoming members, wishing them a productive and impactful term. The appointments are effective until August 30, 2028.
