The Hellenic Public Properties Co. (HPPC) declared an electronic Open auction (e-auction), through its electronic platform, www.e-publicrealestate.gr, for the long-term lease of its tourist property Oceanida in Akti Vouliagmenis.

It is noteworthy that HPPC, after a long legal dispute for more than a decade -in which the suspension of the courts due to the pandemic also contributed on the delay- was acquitted by the Athens Court of Appeals, thus ending the long-term encroachment on its property expelling its arbitrary possessors and regaining control of Oceanida a few days ago.

The property is located on Vouliagmeni Beach, Athens. Its plot size is 2.725,00 sq.m with a three-storey building covering 1.154,40 sq.m., previously operating as a seaside bar-restaurant. The building falls into category C according to its Energy Class Certificate.

In this way it became possible to have this tender been announced for the redevelopment of a property that will enhance tourist development of the area.

It is noted that Bidding opened on May 23 at 14:00:00 and ends on July 28, 2022 at 14:00:00.

The starting Bid has been set at €500.000 and the minimum bid Increment at 5%.
