Specifically, the Board of Directors accepted the resignation of Executive Chairman Mr. Lin Ji and elected Mr. Han Chao as a new executive member for the remainder of the current Board’s term. At the same time, Mr. Han Chao was appointed Chairman of the Board.
As noted in the announcement, the new composition of the Board of Directors complies with the requirements of Law 4706/2020 on corporate governance and ensures the proper and effective exercise of the Board’s responsibilities.
The new composition of the Piraeus Port Authority (OLP) Board of Directors, effective from November 7, 2025, is as follows:
- Han Chao, Chairman of the Board – Executive Member
- Zhu Changyu, Vice Chairman of the Board – Non-Executive Member
- Su Xudong, Chief Executive Officer – Executive Member
- Li Jin, Head of Financial Services – Executive Member
- Zhang Xueyan, Non-Executive Member
- Dimitrios Politis, Non-Executive Member
- Zhou Zhonghui, Independent Non-Executive Member
- Lin Lan, Independent Non-Executive Member
- Andriana Zarakeli, Independent Non-Executive Member
With this new composition, OLP continues its strategic path to strengthen the Port of Piraeus as a major transshipment hub in the Mediterranean, under the supervision of Cosco Shipping, the company’s main shareholder.
