Unemployment: The number of unemployed persons totaled 411,369, decreasing by 50,326 persons (-10.9%) compared with October 2024 and slightly increasing by 1,000 persons (0.2%) compared with September 2025.

Persons Outside the Labour Force: The number of persons under 75 who are neither working nor seeking employment amounted to 2,982,942, a decrease of 22,830 persons (-0.8%) from October 2024 and a reduction of 24,180 persons (-0.8%) compared with September 2025.
