Specifically, within the framework of the public call for the "Upgrading of Tourist Ports" sub-project, of the "Tourism Development" action, which is implemented by the Ministry of Tourism and co-financed by the European Union, the following joined:
the investment plan for the upgrade of the Agios Kosmas Marina with the beneficiary being "Elliniko - Company for the Development of Real Estate Utilization and Management of the Metropolitan Pole of Hellinikon - Agios Kosmas M.A.E.",
- the upgrade of the marina of Rhodes with the beneficiary "Marines of Rhodes Development and Management of Marinas S.A." and
- the upgrade of the tourist port in Panormos at the 77th kilometer of Athens-Souni in Lavreotiki with the beneficiary Olympic Marine
The implementation of the projects will start immediately from the end of April and should be completed by the end of 2025.
The total budget amounts to €28 million with the aid rate starting from 79.13% and reaching 94.82%.
