According to the listed company, the undertaken works include, among other things, the complete redevelopment of the space for residential use, the addition of four floors above the existing building, the construction of a swimming pool on the 6th floor, as well as the configuration of the ground floor for food and beverage retail use.
The project has an estimated budget of €16.7 million, with a construction period set at 670 days.
