During the Assembly, the report on activities for 2025 was presented, while the strategic priorities and objectives for the upcoming period were placed at the forefront, in a context of both heightened challenges and opportunities for the logistics sector. At the same time, the scheduled elections were held to appoint the new Board of Directors.
The formation of the new Board was completed on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, with the new composition marked by renewal and the strengthened presence of distinguished professionals in the logistics industry. This development reinforces EELBE’s institutional standing and enhances its role as an active interlocutor with both the State and businesses, contributing to growth and innovation within the supply chain sector.
Dr. Dimitrios Tsitsamis was re-elected as Chairman, ensuring continuity in the Company’s leadership.
The new Board of Directors is as follows:

In his statement, Mr. Tsitsamis thanked the Members for renewing their trust, emphasizing that his re-election represents both an honor and a substantive responsibility to continue the joint effort to strengthen EELBE’s role and further develop the logistics sector, both in Northern Greece and nationally.
The new administrative team is tasked with managing critical issues concerning sustainability, digital transformation, and competitiveness in the supply chain sector, at a time when the industry is gaining increasingly significant importance for the Greek economy.
