The project was implemented by the company “P. Sgouralis & Co. EE” and financed through the “Antonis Tritsis” development program, with a total budget of €695,000.
The building, certified by the Hellenic Passive House Institute (EIPAK), incorporates advanced passive design techniques, including:

A 12kW heat pump and a 12,000 BTU air conditioning unit for a total area of 301 m²
The kindergarten, with a capacity of 50 children, is considered a landmark project and a model of environmentally friendly construction.
The handover ceremony was attended by representatives of the Municipality of Trikala and the Technical Services Department, with Deputy Mayor for Education Michalis Lappas emphasizing the importance of innovation in educational infrastructure.
