Centric Holdings, announced that its 100% subsidiary, Bright Sky Properties SA, participated in the electronic auction related to a property in the center of Athens and was emerged as the auction's successful bidder paying €1.9 million to acquire the property.

The property is located at number 4, Metsovou Street in Athens, houses the Tax Office for Residents Abroad, and belonged to the rich portfolio of the Holy Women's Hermitage "The Resurrection of Christ", entitled "Emmaus".

The 6-storey building has a total superstructure area of ​​1,186 sqm + basement 1,047 sqm was put up for auction with a first bid price of € 1,872,000.

According to the company's announcement, this investment move is part of the broader strategic planning of the Centric Group for the development of a strong real estate portfolio, with the aim of achieving satisfactory returns from their management and operation.
