Premia Poperties announceed the acquisition of an industrial property with a total surface of 5,236 sqm on a land plot of 6,480 sqm, in Kryoneri, Attica for a consideration of €2.1 million.

The property is located on 114 Kryoneri Avenue, and it is leased to Matsoukis Graphic Arts SA until 2030.
