Specifically, on 31 December 2025, the decision of the Regulatory Authority for Energy (RAAEY) No. E-189/2025, dated 24 July 2025, was published in the Government Gazette (Issue No. 7211), approving the adjustment of charges in order to recover the costs of the projects implemented by the ADMIE Group in the Electricity Transmission System.
According to the decision, the new unit charges will take effect from the first day of the second month following its publication in the Government Gazette.
At the same time, the required revenue for the Operator for the year 2025 was approved, amounting to €411.1 million. This amount is intended to cover the operational expenses and investments carried out by ADMIE, as part of efforts to strengthen and upgrade the national electricity transmission network.
The decision falls within the broader regulatory framework governing the financing of the country’s critical energy infrastructure, at a time of increased investment to ensure supply security and facilitate the transition to a more sustainable energy system.
