With completion, the project will provide the Athenians with a reformed green space, which will connect the neighborhood of Pagratio with Kolonaki. The redevelopment is expected to strengthen sustainable mobility in the city and contribute to the environmental upgrade, through the improvement of the microclimate of the area. According to the plan, the renovation will include the creation of distinct entrance routes to the park, the marking of entrances and exits - to make the space more accessible and pleasant - the removal of cars and two-wheelers, the substantial reuse of the alsyllium in the southern part of the park space, the creation of a dynamic element of water and greenery, the regeneration of the northern side of the space.

Through the renovation projects of the surrounding space of the Athens Conservatory, a visual and functional connection will be achieved with the neighboring cultural spaces: The Byzantine Museum and the Lyceum of Aristotle, the War Museum and the National Garden. The point will become an open space for everyone to access education and culture, with the implementation of educational programs and the possibility of cultural uses of the Conservatory itself.
