Tech giant backs return to office working with plan to increase capacity for expanding UK staff

The bid offered for this property was €2,351,000.

The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The transaction will be recorded by Skanska Commercial Development Europe in the fourth quarter of 2021.

The company had acquired 80% of the building in Maroussi in 2018.

The transfer ownership of the property is effective immediately.

This brings the total value of assets acquired since the start of the year up to c. €1.3 billion.

The acquisition price amounted to €28.6 million and was funded by a combination of bank debt to “THE GRID SA” from Piraeus Bank and equity.

Sources familiar with the ongoing negotiations cited by local news agency unveil that the deal would be Romania's largest upon completion.
