These programs are being implemented as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan "Greece 2.0," with funding from the European Union – NextGeneration EU.

The preferred investor will be responsible for the financing, design, licensing, development, construction, operation, maintenance, and exploitation of the Business Park on the former Gkonou Military Base.

The project is set to be completed by Q4 2026.

The agreed purchase price for the property is €15,000,000.

The debt financing of the transaction was provided by the National Bank of Greece (NBG).
