HRADF announced that the electronic auction for the Nea Irakleitsa property has been concluded.

M7 improved the appeal of the property, repurposing the second floor of the building into a business centre for smaller occupiers.

Companies that have recorded a drop turnover of more than 70% and recorded losses before taxes, will have to repay 25% of the government loan.

The project is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union and from national resources.

€1million budget available for new infrastructure works will be auctioned soon.

The United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia Pacific are all represented among the investors in the Fund.
