The ParkIn project was officially launched in May 2023.

The budget of the operation amounts to €5,700,000 excluding VAT and will be financed from the resources of the RRF.

the project is located at "Xyloftes-Schinias-Tholos Kavousiou" in the municipality of Ierapetra Lasithi.

This is the company's third investment in the Greek hotel market.

It should be noted that this is the second 5-star resort of Brown Hotels in Greece - after Isla Brown Corinthia which started its operation last year in the Spring.

The property is located on the beachfront and expands 345,567 square meters.

With the signing of this contract, the pipeline of the comany rises to €49 million.

By widening sidewalks, replacing and undergrounding the networks and installing new lighting fixtures.

Networks in Crete are being upgraded, almost 100 million for high voltage, 50 million for medium and low voltage.

The project is considered to be on track for delivery according to the schedule.
