The procurement and operation of the bicycles are part of the “Micromobility Enhancement in the Municipality of Nea Smyrni” program.

The asset was sold for a net amount of €3.02 million, after brokerage fees.

The first residential units will be delivered to owners in early 2027.

The property spans a total area of 72,767.71 sq.m., with a permitted building area of 2,000 sq.m., which includes the existing built structures.
