A distribution of a dividend of €1.45ps (net €1.37/share) for the 2022 financial year was approved.

The property consists of three ground-floor processing units with an area of 3300 sq.m. and an office and showroom floor of 850 sq.m.

Dividend payment will commence on Friday, June 30th, 2023.

The Inditex group leases a store with a total area of 5,850 sq.m from the Ground Floor up to the 2nd floor for the ZARA and ZARA Home brands.

The project comprises improvement, expansion and modernization of the land improvement infrastructure with the construction of 11 collective irrigation networks.

The BoD will propose to the upcoming AGM a total cash distribution to € 45.0 million (0.38/sh gross) compared to € 40.0 million in 2021 (0.34/sh).

The project has a total budget of €340.000.

It should be noted that this is the second 5-star resort of Brown Hotels in Greece - after Isla Brown Corinthia which started its operation last year in the Spring.

The engineers' fund will retain approximately 5% of the Bank's share capital after the completion of the increase.
