The new branch was developed in accordance to the new
operational model of the bank and will also facilitate the clientele of the
Papandreou and Papanastasiou branches. The new modern operational model of the
Bank combines personal customer services with advanced digital services
available.
For this purpose there have been created distinct
spaces that support the traditional banking services as well as self-service facilities
for the customer in the so called digital corner.
