Greek developer disposes of logistics assets in Bucharest

With this transaction CTP has crossed the threshold of two million square meters of logistics spaces in Romania.

CTP, the largest local developer and investor in logistics and industrial parks, acquired the Helios Phoenix portfolio in Olympian Parks from the Greek company Helios Phoenix.


According to local news agencies the total proceeds of the transaction is estimated circa €80 million to €85 million.

With this transaction CTP has crossed the threshold of two million square meters of logistics spaces in Romania.

The portfolio taken over includes 153.000 sqm of logistics and industrial spaces in Brașov, Timișoara and the south of Bucharest.
