Dimand begins works for Kaizen Gaming new offices

The design and construction projects of the office building have been undertaken by Dimand, the largest Greek real estate development company.

The architectural study envisages the construction of a new, state-of-the-art 3-storey building with 3 wings with a total area of ​​7,500 sq.m., which will feature a basement that will accommodate parking and other main and auxiliary activities.

The shape, the development of outdoor and indoor communication, the bioclimatic characteristics, the choice of materials, and its final image will surely render it a landmark building. The whole complex of covered spaces expands in the inner courtyard which with its configurations becomes a core of social and recreational activities for the employees.

It is worth noting that the design of the building had set as a priority the integration of the basic principles of bioclimatic design and will be certified according to the international certification system for sustainable development LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) at GOLD level, but also with the international WELL standard, which focuses on the conditions that promote human well-being and health within the building environment. Special emphasis has been given to the acoustic study but also to the lighting study in order to achieve the ideal indoor conditions for the employees.

The hybrid employment model that the company already applies will pave the way for the architectural approach and the relevant layout of the spaces, in order to satisfy the maximum efficiency of the human resources working either remotely or from the company’s offices.

The creation of the state-of-the-art Kaizen Gaming building forms part of the strategic development plan of the leading GameTech company in Greece and one of the fastest growing in Europe, which continues to invest in actions starring its own people and technology, that is the company’s pillars for its continuous expansion and extroversion.

The new offices of Kaizen Gaming will now be able to fully accommodate its largest team, that of Technology – which now suggests one of the largest if not the largest in Greece with over 260 and more Kaizeners keen on producing know-how based on the Agile methodology implemented since 2018.
