“…And the idea here is to introduce a top-down view for investments in Greece, while we control the execution risk within the company. We have accumulated more than a billion in assets under management, we have closed 15 transactions, more than half of them are in development or regeneration, relocation, so quite intensive aspect of development. And another half is in two main divisions: the first is prime, we have a very large, probably one of the best portfolios of leased offices in Athens, and on the other hand we have a granular strategy, that refers to acquisitions of asset portfolios from banks and servicers".
