The program is being financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0 and is implemented by the "Koinonia Pliroforias Monoprosopi S.A.".
All buildings, within the areas of intervention (in which there is an optical fiber network), represented by their managers -apart from those owned by general government entities- are eligible to the scheme.
Besides, it is possible, within the framework of the programs dedivated to interventions in the building sector to improve the energy efficiency of buildings, to include complementary and broader renovation interventions for aesthetic and functional renovation and upgrading of buildings and building units.
The amendment is expected to be voted on Wednesday by the Plenary of the Parliament.
