Realterm acquired an industrial property located in Italy, acting on behalf of its Pan-European fund.

This asset covers an approximate area of 47,500 square meters and is situated in the heart of Verona's Interporto logistics market. It is a valuable addition to the company's expanding portfolio.

Verona, located at the crossroads of Europe's North-South and East-West trade corridors, is a strategically important location and Europe's second intermodal port.

The property was constructed in 2023 and has been designed to ensure maximum efficiency in container storage and truck docking.

According to Hugues Tallandier, Associate Vice President of Investments Europe at Realterm, "Italy has limited availability in the industrial sector, with a vacancy rate of less than 1.5% and a limited pipeline of new developments, supporting market strength."

He further added that "the property's privileged location at the exit of the railway terminal and at the crossroads of major European transport corridors facilitates a variety of different freight movements."
