The proposed investment concerns the development of an Integrated Tourist Resort on a 531,251 sq.m. site in the Lagoudia Charasona area of Syros island. The project includes the construction of a five-star hotel with a capacity of 166 beds and 69 fully furnished tourist residences accommodating 249 beds.
The investor is requesting the classification of this €75.9 million project as a Strategic Investment under Law 4864/2021. This designation would enable the preparation of a Special Spatial Development Plan for Strategic Investments (ΕΣΧΑΣΕ) and provide access to fast-track permitting procedures, as stipulated by the law.
