Premia Properties proceeded with the sale of a property on 166 Orfeos Street in Votanikos-Elaion for a price of €5.5 million.

It is a land plot that spans in a total area of 10,751 sq.m. with an industrial building that used to house a Soulis factory with a gross lettable area of 10,591 sq.m.

According to the company, the property's fair value was at €4.1 million as of June 30, 2023 and is free of debt.

This sale is a transaction with respect to the Company's strategy for active management of an optimised investment portfolio in a way to achieve significant capital gains from the utilization of its existing assets.

Mr. Konstantinos Markazos, CEO of Premia Properties said: "We are particularly happy for this transaction as we managed to 'unlock' value from a property that previously existed in the Company's portfolio and for some time has been kept unused. We consistently stick on implementing our business plan with the aim of making the best possible use of Premia's portfolio and generating value for our shareholders."
