Nikolaos Stathakis takes over as HELEKTOR' new CEO

Following the resignation of Mr. Ioannis - Eleftherios Margiolos from the corresponding position and member of the Board of Directors.

As of 11/7/23, Mr. Nikolaos Stathakis assumes the role of Managing Director of HELEKTOR, a subsidiary company of the ELLAKTOR Group, following the resignation of Ioannis-Eleftherios Margiolos, from the corresponding position and as a member of the Board of Directors, which was accepted at the meeting of the Board of Directors of ELEKTOR.

Nikolaos Stathakis has many years of experience, both in Greece and abroad, in the fields of technical - construction project management, strategic development and real estate management, renewable energy projects, etc.

During his professional career, Mr. Stathakis has been, among others, Project Development Manager at HINES HELLAS, Business Development Manager of the Technical Olympiaki Group for more than 20 years, with the main area of responsibility for the investment and development activities of the Group, as well as a member of Board of Directors of the said Group for 6 years.

Mr. N. Stathakis holds a Master of Science in "Construction Engineering and Management" from M.I.T. and Civil Engineering Degree from the National Technical University of Athens.
