HRADF cancels the tender for the Kalamaria marina concession

Following the decision No. 567/2022 of the 4th Department of the Council of State, the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), a member of the HCAP Group, announces that the tender for the concession of port operation services and the right to use, operate, manage, and exploit the marina of Kalamaria (Aretsou) is cancelled.

The marina of Kalamaria is located in Thessaloniki, Greece, in “Aretsou” area, within the boundaries of the Municipality of Kalamaria. It can accommodate over 380 yachts up to 50m in length.

The upland area of the marina covers approximately 78,000 sq.m.

It is been reminded that there has been filled six expressions interest for Kalamaria marina concession.
