These are two buildings with a total built-up area of 1,152.00 sqm which are functionally merged. In particular, the eastern plot has a surface of 171.56 sq.m. The plot to the west has an area of 112.00 sq.m. and is located on 4 Paparrigopoulou Street.

According to the announcement, the tender will be conducted by submitting sealed bids in order to select a contractor for the lease, with an investment program to upgrade the lease, lasting thirty years, with the right to extend it by ten years after the relative mutual will of both sides.

The single building was built around 1910 and has special elements of neoclassical architecture, while it is conserved in terms of its facades. The renovation and upgrading works for the operation of a hotel or tourist accommodation, in accordance with current legislation, will be carried out by the contractor at his own expense and will amount to two million euros before VAT, at a minimum, excluding the amount this to be set off against the rent paid each time.

At the same time, the starting monthly rent of the competition was set at eight thousand euros.

The tender is scheduled for October 18.
