DKG Development announces a strategic partnership with The Raise Projects, one of Greece's leading startups specialising in short-term serviced apartment accommodations.

This collaboration marks a significant milestone for both companies as they join forces to elevate the landscape of the booming serviced apartment sector in Greece.

True to its unwavering vision of curating serviced apartment investment portfolios, DKG Development will unveil 57 meticulously designed serviced apartment units in a premier building in Athens within the hospitality sector. These units, managed by The Raise Projects, will seamlessly integrate into the existing portfolio of serviced apartments under their expert management.

The Raise Projects, since 2019, has swiftly become one of the leading companies in the Greek serviced apartment sector. Notably, the company has successfully launched their online platform to streamline the check-in operation process, setting new standards in the short-term rental sector. With a current portfolio of 160 serviced apartment units in Greece and Cyprus, the company operates in over 10 gateway cities and has expanded its footprint with new offices in Athens.

This strategic partnership with DKG Development is poised to be a transformative catalyst for The Raise Projects, allowing the company to scale its operations and nearly double its serviced apartment units under management within the next 12-18 months.

As the serviced apartment sector in Greece continues to evolve, DKG Development and The Raise Projects are poised to play a pivotal role in shaping its path. With a shared commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, this partnership signals a promising chapter in the future of serviced apartments in the region.
